Can't edit my own files as team owner on Figma app but works fine on browser!

S_T_I_C_K_Y_N_O_T_E_B_R_A_I_N

This issue happened while I was in the middle of editing my files, and suddenly I got this pop-up message.

I'm the team owner and have full access and permission to every single file, but now my home page is completely stuck like this.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app three times. I also cleaned my cache and I've also logged out of my account on the browser, but I can't do the same on the app since the home page remains stuck. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Hi there, thanks for reporting this issue, and sorry for the inconvenience it's causing.

It looks like you might be affected by a resolved incident that we had previously: https://status.figma.com/incidents/qklh3rp7sjyw

Could you please try clearing your cache and then refreshing your tabs to see if that resolves the problem for you?

Here are the instructions for clearing the cache in the app: Clear the Figma desktop app cache

Thanks for your patience and understanding.
