Hello, I’m the creator of the team. In October last year, I purchased a one-year subscription with two seats. During the subscription period, I was able to edit files normally, but starting today I suddenly lost edit access and can only view the files.I have confirmed that I’m logged into the account that originally created both the team and the files, and I would appreciate your help in investigating and resolving this issue.

I only subscribed for one month, and I have already canceled my subscription, but I was still charged automatically. I currently only have a free team account, and although I was charged today, my team account remains free. Furthermore, I cannot find any menu to view my payment information! I only received an email notification about the charge and a credit card charge notification.Below is the email content:  Thank you for your payment! We have successfully processed payment for your recurring Professional team (monthly) subscription to Figma, and you may find your receipt

Hello Figma Support team,I’m experiencing a serious issue with a Community file and I don’t understand how this is supposed to work.I had a file published in Figma Community with existing stats (likes, views, copies).At some point, multiple files with the same name, cover, and content appeared in my Drafts.I did not intentionally duplicate the file — they looked identical and had no indication which one was the Community source.While cleaning up Drafts, I deleted one of the files that appeared to be a duplicate.After that, the Community file disappeared from Figma Community.Now I have two remaining files:- both look identical to the original- both show the message: “Files duplicated from Community cannot be published”- neither can be published or updated in CommunityI cannot find any file that Figma considers the original Community source.Both remaining files are blocked, and the Community post is gone.

This also keeps happening to me in the browser - it’s really disruptive.

I noticed that after the last update some of my nested components are broken in sizing/scaling. I would reload my library after publishing and half the instance across various screens would take off. Specifically the components are getting bigger somehow. For instance this image component, nested in a product card, should be as is in the version on the bottom, after reloading the component from the ds library the image is bigger. Or the stamp in the footer is correctly inserted in the beige space in DS itself but as an instance it seems to enlarge quite a bit. This happens with images, icons, other assets like stamps etc. It seems that it needs me to manually redo everything now (copy-pasting from DS library, editing etc) and i do not have that type of time/budget for this big of a project. 

I am stuck. My navigation bar doesn’t stick at top though I’ve set it to sticky at top and canvas stacking is set to first on top. Not sure what else I can do.Also Fixed (stay in place) is disabled.Any help? Much appreciated.  

We find a log says: 376*****11@qq.com was added to the *** Team plan as a guest after ***.**@dida.com approved their request to edit the 网页 file.

My School Project that I subscribe Professional Plan to use was 6 months ago.Figma just wrongly charged me a usage of Professional Plan of 21+USD from 3rd of Dec to 3rd of Jan, I want explanation how can I be charge while the project was freaking 6 months ago. And I did not work on any project since. This is unacceptable. I subscribe the plan for personal use only.

hi, i find this file from community, i would like to create an effect once i key in all the value in every input section, then the cta button wil become active, i try to make it from scratch but i can’t make it. can someone tell me what i missing?  

I create a portfolio website for myself on Figma Make just with prompts not from a design file. I want to upload my own images manualy (preferably just to drag) to my website and simply it cant make it done. Is there anyone having the same problem and there is a simply answer for this problem? It show me some solutions and they are not working.(etc. using unsplash or other sites or it create an image folder in code and i cant put my images to it, i get file not suppoted error every time.)

We use an Enterprise Full seat token to access Figma files via the REST API (Tier 1 endpoints). Files in our Enterprise workspace work fine, but files in a personal Free plan account hit rate limits. The documentation note mentions file plan affecting limits, but it's unclear how the token owner's seat type and the file's plan interact. Can you clarify? Questions:To get 20/min for Tier 1, are both required?File is in an Enterprise workspaceToken owner has a Full seat in that Enterprise workspaceOr does only the file's plan matter?How are Free plan files handled?When accessing a file in a Free plan account with an Enterprise Full seat token, what rate limits apply?Are Free plan files always treated as View/Collab limits (6/month) regardless of the token's seat type?

As you can tell I have not used my account in months. Meant to cancel account long ago but you guys make it hard to navigate to cancel your paid seat.   Hence I have been getting charged for months $20 for months now. I was finally able to remove the paid seat.  Please refund the last couple of months.  Or at least one month December 26th, 2025 fee. Thanks for your help

Hello,My Figma file is completely unusable due to a massive amount of runtime errors.Figma freezes and becomes unresponsive, even after duplicating the file.This started after a backend integration issue, which is now resolved,but the file seems stuck in a corrupted runtime state.I cannot access Preview or Diagnostics properly, and the editor itself becomes unstable.This project represents several months of work.Could you please help recover or reset the file state on your side?Thank you.

Hi,On Fedora 43 with KDE Plasma 6.5.4 (Wayland), the tool cursor inside Figma (Pen/Line/Crosshair) becomes very small and hard to use. The system cursor size is normal, but Figma’s tool cursor stays tiny.What I tried:- Display scaling: 100%- Browser zoom reset to 100% (Ctrl+0)- Figma zoom set to 100%- KDE cursor size changed (system cursor changes, Figma tool cursor still tiny)- Tested Google Chrome (RPM) and Firefox (Flatpak) — same issue on bothSystem info:- OS: Fedora Linux 43- Kernel: 6.17.12-300.fc43.x86_64- DE/WM: KDE Plasma 6.5.4 / KWin (Wayland)- Display: 1920x1080 @ 60Hz (built-in)- Cursor theme/size: Bibata-Modern-Ice (32px)- GPU: Intel UHD Graphics (integrated)Looking for a workaround or a known fix for Figma tool cursor size on Linux/Wayland.

Hello!I created the following topnav components in a Design file before moving some instances to Sites for publishing. In addition to the interactions shown below, each instance has an “On Click / Open Link” interaction.In the Design preview, all 4 components’ variant and standard interactions work as expected. Sites, however, presents some strange behavior. While the “Text Link” components work correctly, the “LinkedIn Link” components take multiple clicks for their On Click interactions to fire.This number seems to range from 2 to upwards of 10 on the “Desktop/Tablet LinkedIn Link”, and the “Mobile LinkedIn Link” does not open its page at all. Figma Sites does not flag any issues before publishing.As the assembly of all four components is the same (both in master components and instances), I am unsure how to proceed.
