Hi all,I'm on the Professional plan and noticed an extra seat had been added to my team that I hadn't intentionally added myself. It was added when many people wanted access to the current project and I removed it the same day I noticed – it was never assigned to anyone or used at all.Despite reverting it immediately, my upcoming invoice (due August 15) still shows a $20.00 "Billing adjustments – Seat updates" charge tied to that change, on top of my normal $20.00 monthly cost for my one active seat.Has anyone dealt with this before, or knows how a seat can get added without direct action?I've seen a few similar threads here where support ended up voiding the adjustment once they reviewed the account, since the seat was never actually used. Would appreciate any guidance on the best way to get this looked at, or if a member of the Figma team can help directly.I tried several times to reach the support team through figma form but got “Failed to fetch (forms.figma.com)”Thanks!

After the new updates in Figma, I cannot select an element within other frames or components by clicking and multiple clicking on it. Another problem is that I cannot edit a text by multiple clicking on it to select the whole text.I test it on both application and web app (using chrome browser) Is it just my problem or other experience it as well?

Figma recently rolled out new updates; however, I have noticed that certain changes have negatively impacted the daily user experience.1 - The left sidebar can no longer be hidden or collapsed. This occupies unnecessary screen space, which significantly hinders the workflow.2 - The click-and-drag shortcut to hide multiple layers sequentially is no longer functioning. Previously, users could hide a layer, hold the click, and drag upwards to hide subsequent layers automatically. This feature appears to have been removed, forcing users to toggle visibility manually, layer by layer.Ultimately, these changes seem counterintuitive to a seamless user experience. Furthermore, community posts indicate that these updates have introduced additional widespread issues.

Hi, I was shocked when I was trying to check monthly subscription bill which always comes with reminder before the due with extra charge 12.10$ for “BILLING ADJUSTMENTS”? which I don’t know how it comes like this, and it is the first time Figma charge me extra for me like doing nothing! Since I have been actively designing for the last 10 days, and 20 days left I did not use my figma, and with their new AI feature is useless when i try to use remove background image it came with error code or something! I send you the images, there is red symbol that ai did not response and the error code “something went wrong ID:” Please help to solve this because my due pay is on 5th, or either i need to cancel the payment. 

Hi everyone,I’m testing the new Figma Motion feature and everything feels very intuitive so far, but I’m running into an issue with video playback.The Motion animation itself works correctly, but any video used inside the animated frame stays frozen on its first frame. This happens both in the Motion preview and in the exported MP4.At first, I thought the issue might be related to using the video as a background fill. However, I also tried placing the video as its own separate layer/object inside the frame, and the result is the same: the video still does not play. It remains frozen on the first frame.So the issue does not seem to be related to the video being used as a background. I'm a design student in Russia IT TOP and would like to apply for the Figma Education plan. I know Figma doesn't currently offer paid plan upgrades to new customers in Russia, but I wanted to check if student verification is handled differently or if there's any exception process.I can provide my student ID and a link to my college's website as proof of enrollment.Could you let me know if this is possible, and what the next steps would be?

Hi, I'm having a problem with my Figma files—I keep getting a memory error. I even created a new file to split the content up, but when I start working on it, I still get the same error, even though the file itself is empty. What's going on?

Hello everyone, I notice that Figma’s font picker includes the original Baloo font, not just Baloo 2.The font appears across multiple figma account and devices, so it seems to be a Figma-provided web font rather than a locally installed font. However, i couldn’t find official licencing information for the original Baloo. Google fonts currently lists Baloo 2 only, not the original Baloo. Could anyone help me, especially a figma staff to confirm:1. Is the original Baloo in figma’s font picker is oficially provided by figma, if so, is it licensed for commersial use? (Including branding and logos)2. Is there any official documentation confirming its license?Currently im using it for my university project that will also be included in my portfolio, so i’d like to make sure i’m using it correctly! Thankyou so much!

I rely heavily on shortcuts for everything in Figma, but I’ve noticed a recurring issue. When I accidentally press Cmd + B（or cmd + I, cmd + U） while a Frame or Section is selected, it triggers bulk-formatting that turns all nested text bold.Unfortunately, this can't be reversed by pressing the shortcut again (except for cmd + U). If the mistake isn't caught immediately, undoing it with Cmd + Z becomes difficult after further edits.  Is it a bug? or some logic behind it that I don’t know.

I’m having a bit of trouble with the ‘Manage libraries’ modal since I updated to Tahoe on Mac, and the latest Figma update. What used to happen: On the ‘Manage libraries’ modal there’s a list of components that can be updated. You would click on one of the rows and the modal content would change to ‘Review updates’ for that component. The back button would change the modal content back to ‘Manage libraries’.What happens now: When you click on one of the rows on the ‘Manage libraries’ modal, the ‘Review updates’ opens in a modal behind it. This seems like a bug as it is hidden by the ‘Manage libraries’ modal which stays open. If you click a different component to update, another ‘Review updates’ modal opens. The result is multiple ‘Manage libraries’ and ‘Review updates’ windows, it feels like a bit of a mess. Anyone else have this issue?

Hello! I am somewhat new designing stuff in Figma, and I have an issue with some animations.I animated a velocimeter in the Motion section to play just when clicking on it, but every time I open an overlay on the same page it triggers the animation to start all over again. I don’t really know how to stop it, and need some help because I couldn’t find any info about this issue.

The ProblemFigma's selection colours panel is one of my favourite features — select a frame, see every colour used inside it, click one and change it everywhere. Hi, I don't know why, but I can't use the "Fixed (stay in place)" option. It doesn't work with anything, whether it's components, images, frames, or text. I've tried looking for a solution, but I couldn't find anything. In the tutorials I've watched on how to use this option, it was always available. I don't know what I might be doing wrong, so I came here to ask for help. Does anyone know what I can do?
