Figma Designで、日本語のiOSアプリのUIデザインを制作しています。日本語のiOS UIでは、システムフォントとして「ヒラギノ角ゴシック（Hiragino Sans）」を使用しています。macOSにはヒラギノ角ゴシックが標準でインストールされているため、通常のFigma Designではローカルフォントとして問題なく使用できます。しかし、Figma Agentにヒラギノ角ゴシックを使用したテキストの編集を依頼すると、ローカルフォントにアクセスできないため編集できません。現在、以下の問題があります。 Figma Designではヒラギノ角ゴシックを使用できる Figma Agentではローカルフォントを使用できない macOS標準のヒラギノ角ゴシックは .ttc 形式のため、Figmaにフォントとしてアップロードできない .ttf などへ変換してアップロードする方法は、macOS標準フォントのライセンス上の問題が懸念される Noto Sans JPなど別のフォントへの置き換えは、文字の見た目やサイズが異なるため、iOS UIデザインでは適切な代替方法にならない そのため、Figma Designでは標準的な方法で制作できている日本語iOS UIを、Figma Agentでは正常に編集できない状態です。Figma Agentでも、Figma Designで利用できているローカルフォントやmacOS/iOSのシステムフォントを使用できるようにしてほしいです。特に、日本語のiOS UIを制作するユーザーにとって、ヒラギノ角ゴシックをFigma Agentで扱えることは重要だと思います。ローカルフォント、またはヒラギノ角ゴシックのようなシステムフォントへの対応予定はありますか？

When I select ‘Only allow preferred instances’ in Slot, it still allows me to swap from ‘Preferred’ to another component. This is the case across every component I’ve tried it in. 

This is really frustrating!I was always able to prototype components even when the source component lived on another page in the same file.Now I can’t prototype even simple interactions, like buttons, unless I’m on the page where the source component actually lives. It’s making prototyping unnecessarily difficult. 😩Does anyone know if there’s a fix for this, or if it’s a bug?

I switched my plan to Free over a month ago, yet I’m still being charged on my credit card; I even cancelled my account, but I’m still being billed for a month where I didn't even use Figma's services.

While building a site in the new Figma Site, I ran into a typography issue:When I use a typography variable with different font sizes for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile, the correct value shows only if I apply the variable directly to the text layer.But if I use the same variable inside a text style, the published site doesn’t respond to modes — it just shows the default (Desktop) size, even on smaller viewports.This seems like a limitation or bug in how Figma Site handles mode-based variables inside styles.Would love to know if this is expected behaviour or still under development. Happy to share screenshots or a test file if helpful.Thanks! 

Hi Figma,I've been using Figma Motion and have encountered a bug with GIF handling during export. When a motion composition contains multiple GIFs, exporting to MP4 renders only one of the GIFs—the others are missing from the final output. I've attached an example showing both the original design file and a screenshot of the the resulting export to illustrate the issue. Is there a limit to the number of GIFs that can be included in a motion composition? Thanks!  

I have a Professional account and have been using the Beta feature of the AI agent while constructing different scenarios, use cases and building out wireframes for a new project. I’ve just run into a snag where I continue to receive the following error code: srid_MK5ABGZFBVSEQVHP1FT6SBMHR.Here is a screenshot in use.I have clicked the ‘Try again’ button with no success. My internet connection is fine. I’ve tried using the web browser version rather than the desktop application. I’ve tried the browser version in incognito mode. All to no avail. I would like to understand what is happening as I am in the midst of this project and am at a bit of a standstill.

I accidentally clicked "Create a new kit" in my Figma Make project. Now the file is completely stuck in Kit mode. The original Make UI flashes for a split second before being forced into the Kit interface. The "Publish" button has changed to "Publish kit".I tried to restore via Version History, but the preview fails to render because the renderer is stuck in Kit mode.The original content is extremely important. Please help restore the file to its state before​ the "Create a new kit" action. 

I love using responsive prototype preview in Figma, however, the app UI (top bar) is always covering my prototype (especially when the sidebar with Flows is open). It’s really frustrating and I wish Figma App UI not interfering with what’s on the canvas.Think about your browser where the Bookmark bar is obscuring your website’s navigation and hovers in and out at random. I’m bringing this up again cause the last topic is 4 years old  DesignPrototype Also worth to mention, that if you use responsive prototype, the Frames doesn’t follow their constrains (e.g. Left, Top-Bottom for a sidebar) with the responsiveness. 

I’m having a hard time finding a solution for the specific problem. And it’s about the Figma’s present mode. Both in Design document and Slides have the same problem. How is it happening? So, I have my presentation in Figma Design document file type. Once i finished my presentation in Figma. And I want test it in present mode, because I made some animations and moving components. I see that every slide is moving and all the components are moving, except on problem. I’m in the first starting page, I clicked my right arrow button on my mac then all of a sudden blue almost selection like outline appearing around my frame. And once i slightly move my mouse, it disappears again. And even if move my mouse out of the frame and even if I hard reset the Figma, even on web is the same problem. And this also happening in Figma slides. And it’s not “Show Outlines” function. Whatever AI is out there, I tried to find solution to this little annoying problem. I am graduating from college in December and know that my Education plan will expire soon. I am especially concerned because I’m preparing to apply for graduate school and need to keep updating my portfolio, which is published on Figma Sites right now.What will happen to my Figma Sites portfolio once my Education Plan expires? Will it become unpublished? Should I start transferring my portfolio to another website builder?Thank you.

Hello, I am trying to run through the MCP OAuth protocol to register a client on the Figma remote MCP server, running into an issue when calling the registration endpoint.After discovering the registration endpoint via the /.well_known/oauth-authorization-server call, I call the registration endpoint via:curl -sS -v -X POST "$REG_ENDPOINT" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{    "redirect_uris": ["http://127.0.0.1:53195/callback"],    "grant_types": ["authorization_code","refresh_token"],    "response_types": ["code"],    "token_endpoint_auth_method": "none"  }' I get back from this a “Forbidden” response and without this response I can’t continue the OAuth protocol.Does client registration have limitations to prevent it from working on different domains and url callbacks at the moment? My Figma updated from the old Edit Content panel to the new Bulk Edit view. When opening Bulk Edit, every single layer appears, whether it’s editable or not. The non-editable fields can’t be interacted with, while the editable ones can.Right now, I have to horizontally scroll through all fields just to find the editable ones.I know you can manually filter and unselect fields in Bulk Edit, but is there a way to configure this at the master template level so those settings apply to anyone who uses the file in the future?

Hello,I'm having a problem with the text tool. There's a sort of line across the text block, and part of it is invisible. When I test with shorter text, there's no problem. I reopened some old drafts I made six months ago and discovered that this line is now present in the text blocks... I don't understand what's happening. Does anyone have any ideas?Here's a screenshot of my problem.  

I recently ran into an issue with file permissions after organizing my workspace, and I need help finding a solution.The issue: Previously, all my files were accessible to my entire team with "Can edit" permissions. After organizing these files into folders/projects last week, multiple files automatically changed their sharing status to "Invited to the file", causing team members to lose their expected access. The blockers: No bulk permission editing: There is no way to select multiple files at once and update their sharing settings in batch. Permissions do not cascade: Updating the sharing permissions at the parent folder/project level does not apply to or override the individual permissions of the files inside. Having to manually open and update the share modal for dozens of individual files is not feasible. Is there a way to force files to inherit folder-level permissions, or any workaround to reset permissions in bulk?Thank you!

Hello Figma Support,I’m unable to import a .fig file into Figma.File name: VEDART RS® Geojet-Group_08.05.26.figFile size: approximately 520 MB.When I import the file through the Figma File Browser, the import fails with the following message:“Server temporarily unavailable — wait a bit and try again.”I have tried importing the file both in the Figma desktop app on macOS and in Figma through the web browser. The same error occurs every time, and the file is never imported.I specifically need to open and edit this file in Figma. Converting it to another format is not a suitable solution.Could you please check whether there is an issue with this specific .fig file or with the import service?Thank you.

Hi, when I want to explain design decisions on components that are interactive on click (for example in multi-step elements: you click the main component and it expands to a larger area), I'm unable to place a comment on the variants that are in a different location than the starting component. Placing the comment in the component that is outside the prototype results in the comment not being there at all. Can it be made possible to add comments to a component that is not directly visible on the prototype? For an example see this figma file:  

Hi all,I have a UI dashboard design as an Image, and looking to convert it into a Figma Design, i have used plugins: Convert  to Figma Design and CodeTea, but CodeTea after creating it, when i ungroup any section of the Dashboard it breaks entire UI, any recommended plugins or online tools, out there which converts the dashboard exactly as it is and without breaking the UI when editing it?  

Hi Figma Community, I have a tricky situation with my educational plan, and since there is a ton of information, I want to ask you about a possible solution to my problem. I have had an educational plan with Figma since I started my bachelor’s in 2023. I applied my educational plan to my personal email and haven’t received any warnings from Figma about that. 1 week ago, I received an email that I need to re-verify my educational plan, but the problem is that it’s not on my educational email, and thus I cannot proceed with the verification.  I need an educational plan until February 2027 and would greatly appreciate it if I could continue using my current account without transferring my projects. So the following questions would be:How did Figma allow me to use my personal account back in 2023? Did the rules change? Hello Figma Community Support,I’m writing to respectfully request additional visibility for my existing billing ticket, Case 2077688.On August 18, 2026, our Professional team was unexpectedly charged $2,134.61 USD for 12 paid seats, although our company only needs 6 Full seats. I contacted Support earlier that same day, before the payment was processed, and had already reduced the active Full users to 6.I am a staff designer who was given access to manage our Figma team, but I am not a finance or procurement employee. My employer will not cover this mistaken charge, and I may be required to reimburse the entire amount personally.I have already provided the invoice and all sensitive account information privately through the support ticket. Hello, i just upgraded my account to Collab. A day later , i notice i’m in Full even though in my bill i paid for Collab seat. So i switch it back and now i have now there still extra charge for billing. why i am being charged extra?

I’m trying to transfer a project from a team on the Organization plan to a team on the Professional plan. I enter the link and email address, but Figma shows the following error:“You cannot transfer to this organization at this moment. Please contact support for more details.”The same error appears when I try to send a copy to this team.
