As a beginner, I am slightly confused, when starting to design is there a general frame size for mobile apps that will look well on android and also iPhone?

Hey @Anastasija_Mishevska, thank you for reaching out!

I won’t be able to give you a direct answer to your question, however, I have found a similar post in the community that I can recommend you read:

When selecting the frame tool in the toolbar you ca use the dropdown in the right sidebar to select a frame preset for popular device and assets templates.

I’d recommend working with variable modes to switch easily between device frames. You can have a look at the following YouTube videos:

Let me know if you have any further questions on this, happy to help out!

Thanks,

Hey! I’m working on a project and I’m starting to do it with a specific phone size (Iphone 14 and 15 Pro Max), but now I want to test it on different phones and its not responsive, do you know how I can make it responsive? Or what size frame do I need to start working on so it fits on any screen size?

Hey @Ana_Fontoura! Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’d recommend checking out this helpful YouTube video that walks you through the basics of making designs responsive:

Additionally, we have a great exercise in our Help Center that guides you through creating a responsive card using auto layout and constraints. You can find it here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/18894664907287-Create-a-responsive-card-with-auto-layout-and-constraints

I hope these resources help! Let me know if you have any more questions or need further guidance.
