What wrong with my Auto Layout and Alignment?

When i created an auto layout with 2 element, alignment in Position window immediately were disable, alignment in Auto layout window didn’t work
I can’t create a chat interface with that error, all the chatbox are in 1 side! I follow the guide on Youtube and stuck on that step. Please help me!!

in 8:54, when he clicked on a element inside, Alignment still works. But with mine, it’s disable like the picture

This video is pretty old, new auto layout works differently, there is no option to align elements like that now. All elements in auto layout share the same position now. If you want to align one element to right and another to left, you need to add the second one to a new frame.
