After updating Figma to version 116.15, the cmd + z to undo a change is not working at all.

In the meantime, can you please try refreshing your desktop application and ensure you are using the latest version. Also please check your keyboard layout is set correctly. Go to Help > Keyboard Shortcuts > Layout > Keyboard layout and choose your keyboard layout.
