We believe the top screenshot is from the canvas and the bottom one from the preview, but we need more details to understand the issue.

As a first step, please try the following to see if it helps:

• Close any Figma tabs you’re not using


• Browser > Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window


• Desktop App > Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it

If the issue continues, would you mind sharing the file link or creating a short video? If you choose to make a video, please capture the entire Figma window, including the left and right panels. Expand any relevant layers and select the ones causing trouble so we can check the settings.
