Hello!

Every time I try to share a FigJam directly to Google Classroom, and use the “make a copy for each student” function, clicking on the shared link in the Google Classroom just leads to a blank white page with the words “Not Found” in tiny black letters in the upper left hand corner.

When I click on the FigJam directly through Figma’s listing of my drafts, however, the file opens with no issue.

Jamboards used to be the backbone of our classroom activities, so would love any help on making FigJam usable in this way!

Thanks.

Thanks!

Hi again!

Sorry, but it’s been one week since I got an email response from education@figma.com. Could you possibly look into that?

Thanks,

Emily

Thanks so much!

I did receive a reply back, and they recommended that I talk to a member of the Japanese team. I am now just waiting on a reply from that Japanese team member.

Thanks for sharing the update! I’ve also asked a team member from Japan to review your email.

Thanks for your patience,

Toku

Still waiting for an update on this.
