Hey I got a message while creating a Signin page with sample email and mobile number. I got a message popup with “Saving File Failed Message” and a very lengthy system generated message that was unable to close anyhow. Therefore I tried to quit the Figma app which also was not allowed. Finally, I have to kill the app inorder to come out of the situation.

In the event of a service interruption, please consider saving a local copy of a file in .fig (Figma design), .jam (FigJam), or .deck (Figma Slides) formats. Here’s how to save local copies of files: Save a local copy of files.


If the issue persists, you can try clearing the desktop app cache and browser cache: Clear the Figma desktop app cache.
