Published Library as "Assets created in this file" and "Used in this file"

Is this expected?

I’m having performance issues in other files that use the library “Design System” and I’m wondering if this may be why. I’m guessing this may have happened when I created local components in other files that referenced components from the “design system” and then cut and past those components into the design system…
