Hi, I am learning Figma by ‘Reverse Engineering’ an app I am creating. It is a fairly simple app with a navigation bar and a content screen which changes according to the selection made in the navigation.

In Figma I have created a screen with nested frames. One of the frames, the navigation, contains buttons which will have interactions that take you to the relevant content screen (frame).

Trigger is On Click

Action is Open Overlay

Overlay is ‘the relevant frame depending on which button is clicked’

Position is Manual

Animation is Instant

This works fine for the first button you click. After that there are no interactions, clicking another button in the navigation does nothing and there is no change in cursor when over a button.

I would have expected that I could continue to click buttons to change the content frame. Is this by design or am I missing something?
