Problem with the presentation (prototype), the project image is not full screen

Good evening, I’m new to Figma. For some reason, when I view the prototype, the image, even with the right size, does not match what you can see in this screenshot. What could be the problem and how can I solve it?

Your project is displaying as expected on my end:

Can you try selecting the frame you wish to present from your Layers panel or on the canvas before entering Presentation mode to see if that helps?

Thank you for your response! I still haven’t resolved this issue. Could you please tell me where I can find the “Layers panel”?
