Problem with new design

Hello! I am not seeing the new Figma design on my personal account. However, on the same device and in the same program, the new design is visible on my work account. What could be the problem?

This is because your personal and work account don’t have the same Figma email account.

For your information, due to high interest, the waitlist quickly reached capacity and all available slots are now filled. The closed betas are underway for those who gained early access.

We’ve moved from waitlist to a multi-week rollout. We’re taking this approach so that we can collect your feedback and make adjustments along the way.

This means that **UI3 and Figma AI are now rolling out gradually to all users—**regardless of waitlist status, plan, or seat type. These closed beta features will be introduced independently over the coming months, so it’s possible for a user to gain access to UI3 before Figma AI.
