PDF exporting

For instance, if you’re currently using sRGB, try changing it to Unmanaged (or vice versa), restart Figma, and then check if the colors export correctly. If the issue persists, here are a few additional steps you can try:

• Check if the problem occurs with different files or only with specific ones.
• Test the PDF in another viewer or application to confirm if the issue is specific to Pandadoc.

Hi @Gayani_S , thanks a lot for getting back to me! I’ve tried the steps you described and it turns out that some of the designs have the issue and some of them don’t. I don’t know how or why this is, but some of the settings of the document aren’t correct. Do you know how to fix this?

To clarify, are you noticing the colour change right after exporting the PDF from Figma, or does it only happen after importing the PDF into Pandadoc?

Have you tried importing the PDF into other tools to see if the issue persists? If the colours appear correctly elsewhere, it might point to an issue with Pandadoc.

Hi @Gayani_S , I’m experiencing it only when importing the files to Pandadocx. So what I mean by this is that all the files, when exporting, arent facing any problems. But when I import them to PAndadocx, than I get this issue.

With other tools I don’t have this issue.

OP did you ever find out a solution to this? We’re facing the exact same issue, same use case. Files created & exported out of Figma > upload to PandaDoc > PandaDoc strips the color to black/grey. Its only certain pages and for our doc, it seems to be linked to gradient colors perhaps (hoping this forms a clue).
