Option+drag duplication is working for some objects, and not working on others. Used Cmd+D for when it wasn’t working.

This is not a known issue we’re aware of. Is it happening both in-browser and using the desktop app? What specific types of objects is it not working for?

I have been using Figma on Windows for years now. I just started using the Mac version and I am having this exact same issue. Pressing option key to duplicate works fine for some objects but it doesn’t for some others.

This issue has been resolved for me. You can try updating app; hopefully that should help.
