I’m encountering an issue where I’m not receiving the latest update for the Figma desktop app on my computer. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps but haven’t been successful in resolving the issue.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Checked for Updates Manually: Used the
Help
menu to check for updates, but it didn’t find any new versions. - Restarted the App: Closed and reopened the Figma desktop app.
- Reinstalled the App: Uninstalled and then reinstalled the latest version from the Figma website.
Details:
- Operating System: Windows 10
- Current Figma Version: 124.3.2
Issue: I am currently using an older version of the app and cannot access new features or improvements mentioned in recent updates.
Questions:
- Has anyone else experienced this problem with updating the Figma desktop app?
- Are there any additional steps I should try to resolve this issue?
