I can’t seem to edit the text on a file without the font being installed.

Given all i need to do is text changes I just want to check I’m not missing something? In Adobe for example if I don’t have the font it just doesn’t look right, but I can still edit the content without it. It feels like it shouldn’t be this hard? I leave how it looks to someone else anyway! 😃

(I’m dealing with the font issue separately, and that’s partly an issue with installing software being controlled by my company, so that’s not my question!)

Thanks

You can’t edit text without font, but you can replace font with another one and then edit it. Just choose any in Typography panel.
