No Response from Support Team for Almost 2 Weeks!

I’m writing to express our frustration as we’ve been waiting for nearly 2 weeks without a response from Figma’s support team. My team and I submitted an inquiry and have been eagerly awaiting assistance, but so far, we’ve heard nothing back.

We are in the process of creating a prototype for our startup and urgently need access to additional features, specifically the ability to add more than 4 modes for each variable. This is a critical feature for us, and we’re feeling stuck without it.

Any guidance on how we can get in touch with the right people would be greatly appreciated.

I took a look on the backend, and it looks like Isabella from our support team replied to you on Monday on ticket #1197149. Please check your inbox and possibly your spam folder for our response.

Also, please note that the email you wrote in with is different from the one associated with your forum account and your Figma subscription. It is missing the 295, so if that is not an accurate email address for you. This may also be why you never received our response.
