The new UI3’s CTA hierarchy needs improvement. The library update notification seems to have been unfairly suppressed. The only visual indication of this is a small blue dot on the library icon.

When a component is updated in the library file, the only call-to-action (CTA) is a rather inconspicuous “update” button. This button is significant as it not only serves as the next expected action but also indicates the component’s unpublished status.

We have this blue “Share” CTA, which is not used that often. We share files occasionally. There are different workflows, but I hardly can imagine one sharing files every 15 min or so. On the other hand, we update and publish components all the time.
