I wanted to check if it’s possible to publish plugins and widgets to Figma community if I am a developer from India?

I saw on the “FAQs for selling on Community” that India was not a part of the eligible countries for selling resources. Wasn’t sure if this referred to only templates or also to plugins and widgets.

Another confusion was if I can’t create plugins that use Payments API, can I still publish plugins that monetize using external payment methods?

Please help!
