  • I’m having a button component with a hover state.

  • I’m reusing this button it in a prototype in its default state for obvious reasons.

  • I add an “on click event” of the button to navigate to another page and it doesn’t navigate to it.


How possibly Figma’s team think I can attach the on click event / prototype interaction on the hover state, when I am reusing the defaults component state and I don’t want to remove hover effects.

Hard to say what could be wrong without the file link. Also you should’ve picked the Ask the community category as this has nothing to do with plugins api
