I’m trying to create a accordion component and when you open the accordion the image on the right changes. I’m trying to figure out how to do this with interactions. The image would be different with each accordion item. I’d also like the other accordion items to close when you open another one. Is this even possible? I’m having a hard time figuring it out. How do you apply bold or fontWeight to a text range using the API? The following works for underline: textNode.setRangeTextDecoration(index, index + length, ‘UNDERLINE’); But the following does not appear to work for bold: textNode.setRangeTextStyleIdAsync(index, index + length, ‘bold’); What is the correct way to use the API to format a range of characters within a text node please?

Hello, Figma masters! Recently we upgraded to Fifma’s organization plan and started using branches. The idea was to make each branch match the dev’s sprints in Jira, keep the branch until the sprint is done and all the changes are live on production. It sounded great but then mid through a sprint priorities changed and things that were already designed got pushed back for the next sprint. Turns out that Figma is not that flexible in choosing what to stay in the branch and I have to manually update variables as well. I was curious if anyone using branches has a better approach. I was thinking about ticket-based branches but that would be very annoying and merging will take forever.

Hello, i’m trying to upgrade my Figma to premium and it fails just after the payment. I need this for work and still no answer from the support. ticket #1014798) the message that i got is : Please update your payment method in Admin settings or check with your bank to see if there’s an issue on their end. Today Figma announced that there does not have to be an extra text style for bold, italic and underline. It can be used directly with shortcuts on the text. I am very happy! I have now applied this to my components. But when I want to use the instances, they are not Bold even though the components are Bold. Is this a bug?

I had one initial Figma file that held my variables and components, I decided to switch them to a new Figma file meant for my Design System. As I am creating/adjusting components in my new Figma file, I am seeing this “Used Variables” option under Layer to change between Light/Dark mode. I have searched EVERYWHERE and I cannot for the life of me figure out where it is coming from. I have come to the conclusion this is a bug when moving components to a new Figma file. I come to this conclusion because if I add the initial Figma file as a Library in the new Figma file, the name changes from “Used Variables” to the name of the initial Figma file, as if those variables are still coming from the initial Figma file. This is providing such an awful UX for myself and design team, almost to the point I either need to recreate my entire component library or switch from Figma. Hello everyone, I am not an expert of Figma, I only use it to create website based on the work of a graphist. Everytime I want to download an image, it download a zip file with like 2-3 subfiles for example: Layout, 10, image. How can I just download what I need without all the files included ? Right now, drafts have moved into the team. However, the default access setting for new files is set to “anyone can view”. I can’t find where to change the default setting to “only invited people”. Does anyone have any ideas?

Can a button be created that changes to a pressed state when you press it and then navigate to another frame after a short delay? I’m developing a mobile app and need my buttons to have a pressed state before navigating to another frame. I am trying to resemble a real-world app, following the M3 material design guidelines I tried making a component with both variants of the button (“default” and “pressed”), so when the default is clicked it changes to the “pressed” variant, and the “pressed” variant changes back to the “default” state after a delay. Hello All, I created 4 same designs but with different frame sizes, each frame size is perfectly responsive. is there any way to mix these 4 together, for example when i resize the mixed frame, the layout automatically get responsive. to sum it up, when i need to handle the frame for the designer, i want to give him only one frame not the 4. In previous version of Figma, we were able to easily uninstall the plugins by just right-clicking on the plugin name from the list and clicking on the “Uninstall Plugin” button. Ever since the new update came out, they disabled the Action menu for the plugins. Now, I can’t even uninstall boring/faulty plugins that I installed. Can anyone please tell me where they hid the Uninstall button so I can remove those plugins?

Is anyone familiar with the coding AI plugin called Codia AI? I’m trying to code a responsive design, but I can’t do it. There are two layers for desktop design and mobile design, but in Codia AI I can only select one layer.
