I typed “SHIFT + I” to get some components, this window opened (pop-up) and not closing. I tried “ESC”, clicking outside the box and etc. But it is not working. I’m always havin trouble with closing this window. Please add an “x” button or something to close this.

I’m trying to get the component to resize from the center on it’s press state, similar to Slack’s mobile app or twitter. Right now it’s resizing on press state from top left instead. Figma – 31 Oct 24

On 29 October 2024, we noticed that all users (almost 500 users) who were not authorised in Figma Pro team but had access to any of the files as viewers were included in the Pro Team as viewers. We manually removed all users from the team file. We cannot see which files users can access via Pro team and this makes tracking difficult. Is there a place where we can see which files the users that Figma automatically imports can access? Previously, you had a field called ‘User X can see 2 projects’ but it is no longer available. Can you help?

A week ago I upgraded to the “Professional” plan and my debit card was charged $15.90 but when I login with that same account now I see this account is on the “Starter” (Free) plan and I have no access to professional features like dev mode. I see no option to contact the Figma accounts or billing team directly and the charge show’s up on my bank statement as a recurring payment. Unfortunately, I am going to have to dispute the charge through my bank and say that this is fraud (because at this point, it really is).

I checked all my notifications settings for comments. Everything is on. I checked that I’m on the right team and was also added as an admin. I’m not able to tag myself in a comment but I can tag other people just fine. Even the files I created people cannot find me to mention. Thought maybe it would just take time for me to show up in the mention drop down but it has been a month.

Please help me figure it out. There are two elements, one is underneath the other in layers. There are no added properties on the top element, and hover is on the element below it. I can’t understand why, but when you hover over the top element, the one below it is triggered

Hi, I am trying to create a simple animation in a button component where the arrow moves right off the button and then appears back on the button from the left. I would like this animation to be persistent every 10 seconds or so. I’m adding in website screenshots of full webpages to a Figma file they appear very pixelated. (for example all are 1440px wide x 6000px tall x2) These are screenshots that are being taken on a retina macbook display so they are 2x resolution. When I open them on my computer normally they are not pixelated. What’s going on here? There is no information or help for the issue that I can find.

Hello, I would like to change the view. Currently, the editing toolbar is located centrally at the bottom of the screen. Previously, this toolbar was located at the top left. In the old view, the options such as “Create Component” etc. were also at the top center. How can I switch back to that view? I am still learning from older YouTube videos, which is why the new view is a bit confusing for me. Thank you!

Hi, I’m trying to implement a feature where, when a user clicks on a fixed menu item, that item remains highlighted while the user scrolls down the page. I need guidance on how to achieve this effect. I’ve used components to simulate the menu item change, but this removes the scroll functionality. Are there best practices or plugins that could assist with this? Any tips on how to visually represent the highlighted state in my design would also be greatly appreciated. Wondering if this might be possible using variables, but totally stuck with those! Thanks in advance.

I’m having a problem with the change animation. I created two button views and added a hover effect to them. As you know, to do this, you need to drag the arrow to the element responsible for the hover effect. However, when I wanted to customize the animation, I had all the possible options available to me, except for the change animation.

We want to add a video to our Uihut plugin page but it showed some error but no specific error message was shown, just a red pop-up. The video length is 44 second and in .mp4 format. Is there any video length issue? Should we have to add videos under 30 seconds? Please let us know.

I’ve noticed some interesting behavior when working with Vector Masks in Figma, and I’d like to understand if this is intended functionality or a potential bug. Here’s what I’ve observed: When applying a Vector Mask, adjusting the Fill Opacity of the mask layer doesn’t affect the overall appearance of the masked elements This makes sense initially, as Vector Masks only consider the vector path itself for masking However, when the Fill Opacity reaches 0%, the entire masked content disappears completely (Green line is the border of the mask layer) I understand that Vector Masks work differently from standard masks, but the behavior at 0% Fill Opacity seems counterintuitive. If the mask only considers the vector path, shouldn’t the path still mask the content even with 0% Fill Opacity? Has anyone else encountered this behavior? Is this working as intended, or could this be a bug? Any insights or clarification would be greatly appreciated!
