Figma ran into a problem

This is exactly what I see after I have been diligent for two days now,

I can’t go to the wrong place from the documents


At the same time, I can access Figma through a browser, but I need it through applications. I tried everything, restarted the computer and cleaned the Figma and re-logged in, nothing helps.

How can I activate Figma on the application?

Following because I’m getting the same error in both the browser and desktop app.

If it stops working in the browser, I can access it in the desktop app and vice versa.

When they both stop working, the only solution is to create a duplicate file.

(у вас должны быть включены скрытые папки)

-заходим в диск :C



  • заходим в пользователи(user)

  • ваш ник/имя

  • аппдата

  • роаминг

  • фигма

  • удаляем все


У меня аналогичная ситуация уже на протяжении 4х дней, я пытался перезапустить фигму, пытался переустановить ее, перезагружал компьютер - ничего.


В браузере же работает как часы.
