Yesterday I wasn’t able to create my starting flow point properly, so I deleted all the existent connections and tried to start all over again.
But the problem now is that I can’t even do new connections are all.

The flow starting point can only be a frame, so you need to ungroup the selected group from the screenshot above. You will not lose anything, except that the unnecessary “Mask group” layer disappears.
