I want to use an equal sign in textbox property

I create a dropdownlistbox with textproperties, so i could easly change the values.

But i want to use the equal sign (=) between text, example:
level 1 = pupil
level 2 = aspirant
level 3 = junior

when i press the “=” in a textproperty it shown directly the “variable panel”
how can i escape this?
