Hello ! I need help !


I just started with Figma and I’m already stuck : I wanted to have my own fonts on my projects so I checked on Google how to and no matter what I tried, nothing works. I have the desktop app, all my fonts are on my font library on my mac, even tried to get the plug in from the Figma download page (even if it’s said that’s not useful for the desktop version, but who knows, magic or something) … Even have refreshed the page maybe 10 times nop, doesn’t works.


Can someone please help me find the solution here ? Thanks !

Can you please try restarting your computer and then check if these load in Figma?


Does the problem happen in the browser also?


Can you try creating a brand new Figma file and adding some text, then try using one of the fonts on this text, does this still not work? Do any fonts appear under the ‘Installed by you’ heading in the font picker?


I’d appreciate if you could open a new file in the Desktop app, and make a short video showing what you see when you try to access the 'Installed by you ’ portion of the font picker?
