How to stroke part of text within a paragraph of text?

Hello everyone,
We need to stroke part of the text in a paragraph of text, but the prerequisite is that the text is not split. Is there a way to achieve this?
The text is not split because we need to review the content of the copy through the api interface, so designers cannot be allowed to adjust the relevant copy too freely.
