I don’t see how to enable a background blur within an overlay. They presented it but I don’t see any added options in the prototype settings for the overlay or the opacity.

This update did not change the prototyping settings, and therefore you will not see any changes in the interaction details.
You need to add a background blur effect to the overlay frame to see how it works in Presentation mode.
