Font isn't changing

Hi all,
 

I am working on a design for our sister company which is a white label of our main site. So I have duplicated thats site over to a new file and now need to replace to match the styling of the sister site. When I change the font it normally updates immediately. But its currently not changing and the small preview icon “Ag” for the font changes to a “T”

 

Do anyone know if there is an issue currently?

UPDATE:

 

So I have noticed that if I select the font that has been changed I get a replace font prompt 

 

This seems to force and update but not convenient as needing to do this to all.

I also have the same problem on my pc. When I select the font to replace it, it doesn’t work. I tried replacing it with other fonts and it worked for some fonts and not others. 

Also, the funny thing is, I don’t get the replace font prompt on my macbook. Some colleagues have the same problem but in reverse so they get the replace font prompt on their macbook and not their pc.

Has anyone else had the same experience?
