How to animate Blur Effect from 0% to 30%?

Im trying to animate a 0% blur image to 30% blur image, but the animation is not smooth, it just change to the last nano second of animation. Anyone experienced the same problem?

    It looks like Figma does not actually tween the blur property, it just treats the starting state as one bitmap and the ending state as another bitmap and does a transparency fade between the two of them.

    Would be cool if this was a thing…
