How to align asterisks in vertical center

Hi there, Is there any option to align asterisks in center vertically. Didn’t found any solution of it.

They are using • symbol, not *

You can reduce the font size of *s.
Asterisk: 14

Numbers: 18

This doesn’t seems to be a good solution. Is there any way to it without reducing the size.

I am following a tutorial and He is using Macbook and I’m using Windows PC

Do you think is that a windows specific issue.
