How can I use old UI?

Just made an account, cannot find any option for old UI.
I really do not like this floating menu on the bottom, and I know it wasn’t like so in older UI.
I tried the help button only to see nothing helpful.

Hi! you can return to previous UI through the bottom-right “?” button. I really don’t like this floating menus. I hope they won’t dismiss previous UI ^.^’

Wait, you can switch back to the old UI? HOW?! HOOOW? maybe I’m old but this new UI just seems like they were like, "how can we minimalize this even more? I KNOW give everything buttons and hide shit.
