I’ve been looking high and low for trainers who might be interested in doing an in-person beginners training workshop in Scotland, but I’ve had a nightmare finding anyone who is interested (willing to pay ofc!)
Is there a repository of trainers/a list anywhere that I can turn to?

That sounds like an awesome idea — I’m sure Hannah the trainer from this honline Figma course for teams would love an excuse to visit Scotland 
Not sure if she does in-person sessions, but the course itself is super beginner-friendly and feels a lot like a guided workshop. Could be a great starting point while you're still hunting someone local.
And yeah, I wish there was a central list of trainers too — would make things so much easier! Let me know if you end up finding one
