Hello Figma and everyone,

I have been using Figma Slides to prepare for a presentation. Couple days ago, when I tried full screen, it wouldn’t actually go full screen but leave some black padding around, but I noticed that when I tried to full screen today, it did go full screen. Looks like Figma is continuously making updates to the software. However, I noticed that when I try full screen, all the vectors appear pixelated and this issue is only when I full screen. I am using an Apple Display Pro. I wonder if this is a known issue? Something about rendering vectors is not perfect. Has anyone dealt with the same issue? I am not sure if this is specific to Apple displays, or all other external monitors. The file itself has no issue, I viewed in on 2 different laptops (Mac) in full screen and everything was good. So it was only observed when I tried to full screen on my Apple display which was not an issue couple of days ago. Please fix this issue as soon as possible! Thank you.

Since today I have the same issue. All slides look pixelated when presenting, no matter if vercors or images.

During transitions between slides with auto animate, everything looks sharp but as soon as the slide reaches it’s final state it get’s pixelated again.

Which computer did you try full screen mode? I found out that this issue is not only observed on external monitors, but also on iMacs as well.

Figma, please fix this bug quickly. Otherwise lot of people will be frustrated.

Same here. I was just trying out Figma Slides for a client presentation and hit full-screen, only to find everything (mainly vectors and text) blurry/pixelated. Using an Apple Studio Display, but since I don’t think it has to do with the display itself, I can’t risk using it for a client presentation now. Back to Google Slides for a bit, it is!

Hey everyone, thanks for flagging this!

I’ve shared you reports here to the engineering team. They are working in a fix at the moment. Thank you for your patience in the meantime 🙏

Hey everyone! The engineers have released a fix for this issue. Could you double-check this on your end and see if you can no longer reproduce the issue? Thank you!

@Celine_Figma, yes the issue is finally fixed! Thank you for flagging it!
