Is it possible that there will be the qbility to design in Figma like in the web or the pc app but on mobile.

It’s actually possible, open figma.com in Chrome browser and check the browser setting to Desktop site.
But mobile screen is too small for design in Figma, it’s pretty uncomfortable to create something in it.
