Duplicate request has failed

Hey all, I need to transfer files to another agency but we still want to keep an copy of the files. I made a new team project for them that we will transfer. Wanted to duplicate the files but keep getting request has failed. I have admin rights and dont understand why I cant duplicate

    I am having the same issue! Can we please get some help? It all started when I tried to duplicate all the files at once. It duplicate a few and gave me an error and now I can’t duplicate any Figma files.
