Drafts to move - can't move to org drafts

I have a few drafts that were created under my company related account and they now lives in this new Drafts to move space. I would like to move them into our company org team drafts space, but that team si disabled and say Can’t be move here. There is no specific explanation why. Only a link to this Figma blogpost about drafts update.

What reasons could be involved?

For Organizations and Enterprise plans, drafts can’t be moved into them freely. The recommendation here would be to export them as a .fig and import them into the correct space.
