Hi,


so I need to change educator plan to free starter plan. I actually filled some form on Figma website having this issue and automatic response came back via email, that I actually have starter plan, but others see that they need to have Educator plan to continue editing my projects etc. Can you help me please?

Hi, could you try if this works?




  1. Navigate to your teamā€™s page.




  2. Click on the chevron button next to the teamā€™s title then click on ā€œview settingsā€.

  3. Click on ā€œview plansā€.

  4. Try to switch to a starter plan.




If that fails you can always justā€¦



  1. Make a new team with the free starter plan.

  2. Move your files from the educational team to your free starter plan team.

  3. Delete your educational team.
