Aligning text with other elements in auto-layout

EDIT: This trick I found here helped. I wonder if this still is the simplest way to achieve this?

I’ve set auto-layout that would first have few icons, username and then long message where next line of text would start at the left edge of the container like the blue outline shows. Is this even possible?
