400 error when switching to dev mode

Hey there, thank you for reaching out!
Usually a 400 error indicates that either the file is deleted or that you no longer have permissions on the file.
Can you please let me know if you have a full Design seat or a Dev Mode seat?
If you do have a full seat or a dev mode seat can you please check the following:
- Confirm you have WebGL installed and enabled
- Clear the cache
- Make sure you have the latest browser version
