Vertical and Horizontal as icons

  1. Describe the problem: I been working with Photoshop, Sketch, XD and Figma for years and I still have this stupid issue figuring out what is Vertical and Horizontal without trying to see which way the layer moves with the arrows, with I need to write a specific position for a layer 😂

  2. Couldn’t it be possible to change the text to symbols/icons instead? It would be a nice little feature for us dumb people who needs some visual instead of text? Like this?

Maybe it’s just me, there has a huge issue remembering what is what 😃

X and Y are the common notation for the axes in the coordinate system. Where X is the horizontal axis, Y is the vertical axis. The icons shown in your image may conflict with the Vertical and Horizontal directions icons in Auto Layout.
