Have an option to turn off / on constraints feature. Just make it inactive.
At the moment, elements move around when resizing frame, unless constraints are selected to some position.
Would be good to be able to resize frame without worrying about every single tiny element moving around.
Constraints feature must not be forced, but optional.

You can resize frames while holding CTRL/CMD and Figma will ignore constraints.
