Shifting the content when changing a variant of a component/ Prototyping

Hello everyone! I really need some help, couldn’t find any solution with browsing.
I created component with several variants. When clicking on the default component I make it change to another variant of the same component which is bigger than the default variant. The problem is that it overrides the content that comes after that component. I would like the content to shift to fit new content.
It is like when ckicking a button a new fill-in form to appear and all the rest content to shift and fit a new form.
