I was logged into a school email, and after graduating recently, the institution deleted that email address. I wasn’t able to edit the email for the account in the past, so I just stayed logged in and was able to access those files and everything was fine. But today, I accidentally clicked “log out of all accounts” and now I cannot sign back in. I’m really scared as this was 5 years worth of work 😭 and I would hate to lose it. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done!!
I sent a support ticket but received an email saying since it was a starter account I could only access support through the community forum? So please, if anything can be done, help! Thank you.
