It does not exist at the moment. You will have to use a third-party to achieve this (like an URL shortener)

At the mo, There is no builtin solutions.
Tools like URL shortener, Bitly (https://bitly.com/) works like a charm.
My workaround is to embed your design and/or prototype on your own web site so you have full control over the URL you share.
