I seem to have a bug where I can’t get rid of the updates notification:

There are no updates, there are no unpublished changes to the library; the cache has been cleared, I’ve even reinstalled the desktop app (it shows in browser as well so definitely a file thing). I’m totally stumped as to how to clear it so I wanted to ask if anyone else has had this issue and how it might be resolved?

Hi Celine, I’ve been corresponding with Ayşe from the support team and the last message I sent was to advise that the issue has now been resolved and the ticket can be closed (sent 1st Nov).

Thanks for the update but just to confirm: the issue is now resolved so can be removed from your support backlog.

Thanks,

Rich

Hey @Richard_Bennett1 , thanks for flagging this! This looks definitely odd. Clearing out the cache usually helps. I’d like our technical quality team to investigate your issue further.
Please reach out to them directly by filling out this form: here

Please use your Figma account email, include a link to the file, and add support-share@figma.com as an Editor, so they can take a closer look. Thank you!
