If I have a Plugin panel open and I pan with the middle mouse button over the Plugin window, the pan will continue even after I let go of the middle mouse button.
The way to repro:
- Open a plugin window like Streamline
- Hold middle mouse button on the center of screen to pan
- Drag mouse while holding middle mouse to the plugin window
- Let go of middle mouse button
- Move mouse to center of screen
- Issue: pan will continue when it shouldnt
