I am an admin under an organization plan and cannot seem to find the setting to restrict external public links and enforce the password requirement. (second option in the attached image*)

Is this only available under the Enterprise plan?

I received information from a Figma employee that this granular ability is reserved for the the Enterprise plan.

I have this with a professional plan.
