Hello there!
Currently, there is no way for a hover interaction to track the mouse’s position and let the overlay appears and moves while the mouse follows.
A major use case for that is for a tooltip that follows the mouse when it has to appear in a larger frame area. There are many more as well and I can mention a couple. I will be curious to see what the others think.
