When I switch to Dev Mode, the option to show/hide the layout grid disappears and it’s not possible to view the layout grid while being in Dev Mode.

Hi @Litchy thank you for requesting this. I have passed this information along to our engineering team.
Our teams are also having difficulties by not being able to see the layout grids in Dev Mode. It would be great if grids could be shown and hidden in Dev Mode, as with the previous Inspect view.
